Customers using the online ordering system can cancel their order before midday the day before delivery and they will be automatically refunded. No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after midday the day before delivery as the delivery will have already been prepared.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or if the product does not fulfil expectations we ask you to contact us. However, due to the nature of the degradation and expiration of foodstuff over time, the right to return does not apply in this case for long-distance selling.
Customers can cancel orders easily through the website via the account/orders page. The system works by printing ticket orders out at our depot. If the ticket has been printed out and the order has been started we won't be able to cancel the order. Tickets are printed ready for packing at midday every day, for the next day's deliveries. Orders can be cancelled up to midday the day before delivery, but not afterwards.
All orders will be prepared the day before delivery, and delivered on the next delivery day for the Zone in which the customer lives. Please see the homepage to check which Zone you're in.

It’s our policy to retain the minimum amounts of personal data from our customers. Customers who want to cancel accounts will have their personal information deleted. However, we will keep some data for our own records and we will with approval use email addresses for the purposes of marketing. It's possible to opt-in or out at any time and we will not give or sell personal data to any third party.
